No offense guys but…. You shouldn’t really reblog undertale-science they’re a super big transphobe who believes trans people will commit a genocide on cis people. They also support down with hate so :/

When the heck have I ever said I was a transphobe or that Trans people would commit genocide on Cis people? I said there was cases of Trans people on here that were being hateful towards Cis people, and that Hate from any group is not going to help, not something to joke about and let people turn into actual hatred.

Stop with the libel and spreading falsehoods about me. I actually show a lot of my posts to my Trans friends on facebook privately before posting them to prevent any shit storms. It may simply be because they are in the biology field and help out other transitioning people with surgery, as well as other medical and cosmetic surgery, but they agreed with the terms I used because those were the medical terms they use and the labels they use to help make people’s lives better. I work with a Trans person, I’m not the kind of crazy person that thinks they will run in with the LGBTQ flag draped on them and cut off my male genitalia with a machete. I know that even if there are Trans extremists, every single group has extremists, PETA is filled with extremists. There are lots of Cis extremists. Every single group has extremists, that doesn’t mean we need to be afraid of a genocide. That doesn’t mean I support hate of any group of people that were born that way or had no choice in the matter.

What is up with people trying to “warn” others of me using absolute lies and twisting my words out of context?

There’s a file in your app data, it depends on if you use a Mac or PC, but search for undertale save file location and then check the undertale encyclopedia for info on what the different values in the save file mean. Just look for file0,
And edit and save it while undertale is not active, The max level you can put it 20 and with that the max hp is 111 and the max base hp is 99.
You can insert as much gold, any items, even unobtainable items, into your save file. You can change gold and stats, and even mess around with all sorts of save file stuff like the room you load in.

I believe everyone should know this because Toby probably wouldn’t want people to not be able to experience all of the game, or to get so frustrated they quit and don’t recommend it to their friends. You can teleport yourself past Sans without fighting him and still get the genocide ending or if you are okay with seriously messing with your save file you can make yourself regenerate and have such a high attack that you can kill him over and over until he calls you a freak.

For anyone that is going to get upset about me posting this, all this information is already online, no one else’s experience is altered if you alter only your own games save files, and while it can remove the challenge, no one seriously is going to get any acclaim for speed running Undertale, it kinda beats the point of the game and I’m surprised there’s not any easteregg that calls you out if you beat the game under an hours playtime. Sadly we can’t all have the eye hand coordination to get past the challenging bits, and it’s a pretty jerk move to tell people with disabilities they can’t enjoy and finish two entire endings because they aren’t good enough at a single player offline game.

I am only doing this because its already been posted by others, just not all in the same place before, if it was my choice I would keep it secret till Toby’s next game, but I wasn’t the only person that figured out this stuff. 

I am sharing this because I want to help people like me that had disabilities that physically made it impossible to complete parts of the game or do not have the time to play the entire game 40 times. It will help with people wanting to make art or videos with the games sprites. It will help people who otherwise could not be able to experience defeating the bosses themselves because of disabilities they can not help. I am in a way helping to reveal an adjustable “easy mode” that already exists in the game. I have waited until 2016 to ensure anyone who got it for the holidays would have ample time to play it, and the majority of people interested in it have already played it. hopefully anyone that gave up because they couldn’t manage to continue with the game physically can now have the choice to play on their terms. 

That Is why I did this, because I want everyone to be able to see what is inside Undertale, not just the few people with the right programs and scripting/hacking knowledge and dataminers. I have seen the fans do amazing things using the resources of the game, so I am sharing them too. I’m not doing this to flout the warnings and what Toby says. I’m doing this because Its what I started doing when I started to feel upset with myself when my different eye hand coordination brain wiring from my disorder made it impossible for me to survive against a certain boss and complete the genocide route or play the post genocide route. I want to unlock whats in the game the whole time with debug mode. I want people to see how to do it properly so they don’t mess up their game or save file or download malware or viruses. I have spent a long time thinking about this and decided this is the right thing to do based on how many asks a week I get from people wanting to know how so they can beat the same bosses and so they can stop feeling weak or pathetic because of their computer system or their nervous system. 

there are many ways to show determination. breaking the game open and giving myself the power to do and see what I needed to was how I showed determination. I am a purple soul, not a yellow soul.  I hope Toby understands.

Hey guys and gals, I’ve been working on getting UNDERTALE merchandise created with the great guys and gals over at Fangamer.

In the meantime, could you guys and gals (and guys) NOT sell unofficial UNDERTALE merch? For the record, I’m OK with one-off commissions (such as the clay models, that felt toriel plush, a drawing of a skeleton you paid someone to do, etc.) but when products show up mass produced at a con or on a website, then we’re going to have a problem.

And yet jerks like the “happy mask association"are still taking screenshots and sprites, uploading the images onto those sites for companies that print anything on shirts, then putting them on Etsy for a profit.
Like, you took someone elses work and cropped it and uploaded it to a site and ordered it, there’s no way they "handmade” it pixel perfect like that with the right colors, and even still if it was handmade that shirt is only using the Undertale graphics, no original work at all. It’s a shame as that kind of shirt is the sort of thing I would buy, but I only want to buy it from the people that actually made those graphics and made the game, not a thief.

Worst of all, Etsy doesn’t even let you report or contact them unless you make an account on their site and activate it.

Mystery of the Core
According to the characters in Undertale, the Core is a massive geothermal power plant that converts geothermal power into magical electricity. The idea of using magma to produce electricity is not too far fetched, it’s actually occurring in Iceland right now! Now I’m going to explain how geothermal plants work in real life, then in the next paragraph explain how they work in UnderTale, then in the final part unravel the problem with all this and what W.D. Gaster is hiding in the Core!

The basics of geothermal power plants are simple, take water, pump it down into the hot rocks deep underground near geothermal activity with extremely hot magma near the surface, and then such up the really hot water and allow it to mix with air and produce steam that turns turbines connected to a generator. The steam then goes to a cooling tower where it condenses, then gets injected back underground. The hotter the water gets, the more energy you can get from it. In Iceland they have reached near magma, and can get the steam up to 650°C. Water reaches supercritical, a state between liquid and gas, capable only under intense pressure and heat, at around 1100°C. At this state it has huge energy potential, and the upper level of temperatures of magma is around 1100°-1600° C, meaning that obtaining supercritical water through magma heat is obtainable.

How it would work in Undertale is that they would take water from the Waterfall, let it flow into huge pipes made of some metal like tungsten that is resistant to the extreme heat and corrosion. The water would reach supercritical in a vat surrounded by flowing magma, then when released it would spin tons of giant turbines and generate a huge amount of energy. By the look of the background, there are 4 giant turbines and 4 steam/water pipes. According to Alphys, the multiple vents release the water vapor , and it moves up and condenses into snow in Snowdin. The turbines are somehow attached to something in the Core that converts it into “magical energy”.

Now here is the thing, Alphys tells Undyne that the Core produces huge electrical interference and prevents the cell phone from working. But geothermal plants with mechanical generators don’t generate interference to prevent cellphones from working, unless there is something else in the Core. She also said that the ice from Snowdin is to cool down the Core, but the water could just come from the water from Snowdin it floats in on. Why would the geothermal plant need ice? Unless there’s something hidden in that ice cube that is being smuggled in, or unless there’s something else in the Core. Also, according to other NPCs, Gaster, the creator of the Core, fell into the Core and was split across time and space in several parts, which wouldn’t make sense if he fell in lava or steam… Also the Core worker says the Core is made of tons of interchangeable puzzle parts, and even Alphys has no clue of what leads to what, she has no idea of how it works, or what happens in it. She clearly doesn’t understand how it works or what goes on in the Core
Now, here is the thing, why have multiple levels of interchangeable puzzle parts? What is so complex and hard to solve not even the royal scientist knows about it? Gaster built something involving magic, something with time and space, that causes huge interference, that requires a massive amount of power and needs to be protected? Something that broke when he fell into it?….. Something like a time machine?….

Napstablook is sad and introverted, Hapstablook is happy and exoverted, Madstablook (fan name) is mad. Dummy blook (fan name) is neutral. The first ghost you encounter is the dummy, who will not respond to you. You can fight and destroy its possessed dummy body, or talk to it and scare it out of its body, or do nothing and bore it till it flys away. This is one of the two blook cousins that inhabited dummies. The second ghost is Napstablook, who is introverted and loves music but is easily depressed since his family members left. You cannot damage him because unlike the other ghosts, he is incorporeal as he has not possessed anything. You can’t kill him because of this. Madstablook (the mad dummy) is the third ghost you meet. He will be angry over however you treated his cousin who possessed the dummy in the ruins, despite not remembering their name. You can’t harm him as he is not fused to the dummy, and attacks will knock the dummy to pieces but he will pull it back together. In the genocide route he will be so filled with hatred and determination to stop you that he will fuse with his dummy body, becoming corporeal and thus you can damage him with physical attacks and kill him. Hapstablook (the happy ghost) is Papyruses headcanon name for the ghost that became Mettaton. Entering the house next to Napstablook will show it is pink and filled with hearts and feminine, and filled with diaries calling Napstablook “Blooky”, the nickname Mettaton later also refers to him by. According to the diaries Hapstablook promised Napstablook that they wouldn’t leave them alone and go off to become corporeal like the other cousins, stating that they doubt they could find a body they felt comfortable in. Hapstablook meets Alphys, who shows designs for a new body for them, Hapstablook loves it and says it is the body they would feel comfortable in, and says they could finally become a star with a body like that, and regrets that they have to break their promise to Napstablook to Follow their dreams. From this point on they are known as Mettaton, and are fused with a prototype box like machine while Alphys makes their real body, under the excuse of it being a human destroying robot for Asgore. Alphys later does not want to finish the body feeling that Mettaton will leave and no longer be her friend if he has a completed body. During the fight with Mettaton, you cannot harm them as their metal shell is protecting their core heart that houses their soul, making your attacks just like using your weapon against a metal robot, not a monster. When the prototype body is stopped, Mettaton resorts to entering their unfinished true body, Mettaton ex. Their face is not finished with their hair covering up the missing eye and part of the face, and their limbs are not completely secure or tested and will fall off with overuse. The greatest flaw is that the heart core their soul is fused with is not exposed, allowing the protagonist to damage it with their soul powered attacks, and allowing them the option to destroy the soul core, destroying not only Mettatons body, but their soul as well. The same reason is why you can easily defeat Metaton Neo, who despite appearance is not actually any good at destroying humans, revealing it was simply an excuse for Alphys to build the body Mettaton wanted. During the pacifist ending to the fight, the first phone call Mettaton gets is from Napstablook who says they watch every show, causing Mettaton to feel regretful for leaving them. after the true pacifist ending Mettaton visits Napstablook and recruits him for a band. Since human souls persist after death, and boss monsters are the only known species of monster that have souls that can persist for a short period after death, it is unknown what ghosts are. Given how all ghosts refer to each other as cousins and no mention is made of other relatives, it may be that all the ghosts considered any other ghost like a cousin when they formed a “family”.
